BUSINESS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES:

 ·        Rider safe are moving to the show ground and wish to know if we want to purchase their container for cheap price.  We just need to confirm the actual price, but the club is definatley interested.  Tracy

NEW BUSINESS:

 ·        Ambulance had his motor running for the whole time and was causing fumes to the surrounding people.  If this happens again we will have to approach them and ask to turn the vehicle off due to the health of others.

 ·        It was suggested that we put a sub committee together to get the tower up and running, Rob Rath, Jim Higgins, Barry Brookes, Robert Datson, Ron Matthews, Peter Datson.  Our visionaries.

 ·        Can we move the old toilet block from end of track as it is an eye sore. 

ACTION:       The old dump at the end of track will be addressed in the off season to try and tidy it up.

 ·        The sponsor from Victoria that gave out stickers, cds etc went down well with all the kids etc at the May meeting and a huge thanks to them.

 ·        The race dates for the 08-09 season are as follows

Race your mates: 12th September, Gates open 4pm, scrutineering 4pm – 6pm, Racing 6-10

1st Round Charlie Dennis 11th October 08

2nd Round Charlie Dennis 10th January 09

3rd Round Charlie Dennis 9th May 09
